The course is very relaxed and informal, we want you to feel welcome and comfortable. You will not be asked to do anything you are uncomfortable with. There are some key tasks that must be performed to gain the qualification, these are mentioned below. If you have any concerns don’t hesitate to get in touch: email@example.com.
Assessment consists of two exam papers: paper one consists of 20 short answer questions which have to be answered in 120 minutes; paper two will be assessed by a controlled assignment, based on a workplace description.
What to Bring?
Pencils, pens, course book and note paper are supplied.
Lunch is not included, so bring your own packed lunch or snacks.
A range of hot drinks, fruit and nibbles will be available in the training room.
Bring: reading glasses (if you wear them), translating dictionary (if you want one)
What to wear?
Wear clothing that makes you feel relaxed, comfortable.
Note: To be awarded the Level 4 qualification Learners must pass the two exam papers which are written in English. Please get in touch if you have any concerns, we will work hard to resolve any problems.
